Shipping & delivery 

delivery period (from when the order is shipped) 

Saudi Arabia: 1-3 working days 

bcc: 3-5 working days 

rest of the world: 10-15 working days 

delivery schedule 

we process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays & Saturdays and Saudi Arabia public holidays 

important delivery information:

• you will be required to sign on receipt of your delivery.
• you will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking information.
• any important duty & taxes are paid upon delivery and are not included in the grand total.
• we offer worldwide delivery but same exclusion.
